About the PF1

  1. Download the SMART LIFE app from your device's app store.
  2. Power on the pet feeder and ensure it's connected to Wi-Fi.
  3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the feeder to your app.
  4. Customize feeding schedules, portion sizes, and other settings within the app.
  5. Monitor and control feedings remotely through the app.
Yes, you can schedule multiple meals a day using the app. Set specific feeding times and portion sizes for each meal to suit your pet's needs.
The feeder is designed to continue functioning based on its last set schedule even if the Wi-Fi connection is lost temporarily.
The feeder is compatible with a wide range of dry and semi-moist pet food types and can accommodate different kibble sizes. However, it may not be suitable for extremely large-sized kibble. (see "Pet Food Choices" for best size option)
Regularly clean the food container and dispenser with mild soap and water to avoid bacteria growth. Main body, lid, and stainless steel bowl are submergible in water. Do not submerge bottom feeder with the power component into water. Refer to the user manual for detailed cleaning instructions. Additionally, change the batteries or recharge the feeder as needed.
  1. Ensure the machine's status: Check the device indicator; it should flash green after powering on and stay on when connected to the network.
  2. Verify Wi-Fi credentials: Ensure your Wi-Fi username and password consist of alphanumeric characters without special symbols.
  3. Reinstall the app: If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app. During installation, grant location and network permissions. Follow these steps and enter the correct Wi-Fi password. If you encounter further difficulties, contact customer service.
Yes, the app provides a feeding history log, allowing you to track your pet's feeding habits and history over time.
Check for food outlet blockages. When blocked, the blue indicator remains illuminated.
The feeder requires a Wi-Fi signal compliant with the Wi-Fi 802.11bgn protocol.
Exit the app and relaunch it, then wait for data updates.
